Previous accolades include a November 2014 New Yorker caption contest win and Best in Show at the 1992 Brazoria County Science, Technology, and Man expo, for his invention of the 'Singing Birdfeeder'.
A small team, tight deadlines, and a bootstraps-first approach to production led me and my colleagues to wear many hats, often several at a time. Having become an ACD in such an environment, I'm proud to have learned how to manage and mediate diverse creative personalities with unique talents, create and iterate upon the great work they help produce, and always manage to somehow do more with less.
From early on I found myself helping to sculpt engaging campaigns and activations, reimagining active and dormant brands, and writing enough script alts to fill a Gutenberg Bible. From boots-on-the-ground, sales-focused ad copy to branding and concept generation to short form scripting and editing for content production—I've been lucky enough to try my hand at all of it. Now, I look forward to using those skills to tell new stories and bring great ideas to great brands.
Years ago in a meeting, I was arbitrarily deputized to provide voiceover for a small project. This spiraled out of control until I had become the unofficial voice of the company. In the end it all worked out nicely and now, so long as your organization does not sell guns, tobacco, or NFTs, I will happily lend my voice to your latest enterprise.
